Ideal Homes is the only Oklahoma builder partnered with the Engineered for Life program to place a heating and cooling guarantee on every home we build. We'll tell you up front how much you should expect on average for your heating and cooling. If it's more, we'll reimburse you. it's that simple.
Our homeowners save anywhere from $50 to $80 per month on their heating and cooling costs than a home built to standard code. Over the past five years, we've saved our homeowners $3.5 million on heating and cooling costs.

Any reimbursements will be made based on usage, rather than cost, as we have no way to regulate the cost per kilowatt/therm unit charged by the utility company.
