We are proud of what we build, and we stand behind our work. When we started Ideal Homes, we decided that we would take a take a pro-active customer service philosophy from the moment you choose your home to long after you move in.

In addition to several quality assurance checks throughout the building process, we did something few builders do: we hired 24-hour customer care staff to visit you in your home, 60 days and one year after you move in, to ensure that your investment is living up to your expectations. We also back your new home with one-year builder warranty, a 10-year structural warranty through the Residential Warranty Corporation, and a limited heating and cooling cost guarantee.

We use your feedback to help us improve our company every day. Ideal Homes uses an independent third-party to survey every customer after they move in and one year later, to provide us with feedback on where we can improve. We review these results monthly, read customer feedback, and instantly implement change to meet the highest levels of satisfaction.

We plan on being here for a very long time. We think our approach to customer service reflects that.
