Part Time Employment Opportunity: Sales Associate
The primary responsibility of the Sales Associate is to demonstrate model/field homes and help facilitate the sale of new homes. The Sales Associate will work for the New Home Consultant. The Sales Associate will work on days when our New Home Consultant is off and then will be the first point of contact customers meet when they arrive at one of our model homes.
This is a part time, hourly position working out of the model home.
Your work schedule could be any of these days:
Saturdays 10 a.m.- 6 p.m. & Sundays 12 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Weekdays 1 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Introduce prospective homeowners to Ideal Homes.
Demonstrate model and field homes.
Must be a self-motivated person.
Must be willing to work within a team environment.
Will be professional in manner and dress for success.
Register each guest, noting personal info (i.e. needs in a home, etc.).
Mail handwritten thank you notes to every guest.
Call prospective customers and realtors.
Sales experience helpful but not required.
Discount available on a newly constructed home.

Employment Opportunity: New Home Consultant for the Oklahoma City Metro Area
The primary responsibility of the New Home Consultant is to facilitate the sale of new homes. Our New Home Consultants are the first point of contact customers meet when they arrive at one of our model homes in our communities in the Oklahoma City Metro Area.
* No real estate license required
* College degree is preferred
* 2 years relevant sales experience is required
* Outside sales training is a plus

Interviews are done in 3 stages: 1st interview: initial face to face interview; possibly 20 minutes, 2nd interview: Work History interview; possible 3 hours, the 3rd and final interview: Competency interview by 4 of our management team members, one on one-an hour each; which will take 4 hours.
